Shipments within Ukraine:

Nova Poshta - delivery within 1-2 days, according to the carrier's rates. Shipments within 3 business days. Please note: parcels are stored at the post office for 5 calendar days from the date of arrival. On the 5th day, Nova Poshta automatically sends the parcel back.

International shipping:

We ship internationally via Nova Poshta. If shipping via Ukrposhta, we add the shipping cost to the price of the goods (this amount is approximately calculated on the website). Delivery time via Nova Poshta abroad is up to a week.

Cash on delivery (upon receipt at the Nova Poshta pickup point or from the courier service).

The exchange or return of goods is carried out if they have not been used, if their presentation, consumer qualities, labels, as well as the payment document issued to the buyer together with the goods are preserved. 
Within 14 days from the date of purchase (not counting the date of purchase), you can return the goods that have not been used. How to assess the preservation of the presentation of the goods: In good light, without the use of special means, the product should not show visible signs of use in the form of small scratches, abrasions, and even more so chips, dents or cracks.
