• Exchange or return of goods is possible if the item has not been used, retains its original appearance, consumer qualities, tags, and includes the invoice issued to the buyer alongside the product. Within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding the purchase date), you can return an unused item. To assess the preservation of the original appearance: under good lighting without using special tools, the item should show no visible signs of use such as minor scratches, scuffs, let alone chips, dents, or cracks.

 

  • To process an exchange/return shipment, you need to fill out a form. This form is included with your package. Once completed, place the form inside the package you're sending back to the online store.

 

  • If there are questions about filling out the form, a contact number is provided for the buyer's consultation. The completed form should be placed in the shoebox and sent back using the return details provided by you. The exchange procedure typically takes between 3 to 5 days. As soon as we receive the pair for exchange, we ship out the new pair the next day or as soon as the pair is produced. The buyer covers the shipping costs for exchanges and returns. Refunds are processed within 3 calendar days.
